Welcome to phsaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and phsaya ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the phsaya online casino and sportsbook platform, accessible at phsaya.cam and any associated mobile interfaces.

3. Account Registration and Security

Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all related accounts, cancellation of any pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsaya login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on phsaya is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phsaya account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect. OTC deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ may take up to four (4) hours during normal business hours.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources — including accounts belonging to family members or other individuals — are strictly prohibited. phsaya reserves the right to return deposits to their source and suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible;

4.4 Currency

All transactions on phsaya are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted (USDT TRC20), the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be applied and confirmed to you prior to deposit processing. phsaya is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Conduct

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phsaya platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of persons under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to automate gameplay or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or using the platform to conceal proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or phsaya staff to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform and failing to report them immediately;
• Placing bets with the knowledge of an event's outcome (commonly referred to as "past-posting");
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the operation of the phsaya platform or the experience of other users;
• Accessing phsaya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law;
• Reselling or transferring phsaya account access or account balances to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsaya's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phsaya shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance periods outside phsaya's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;

• Gaming losses, which are an inherent and accepted risk of participation in real-money gaming.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phsaya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by phsaya

phsaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited activities;

9.2 Termination by Player

10. Dispute Resolution

Continued use of phsaya following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
