phsaya Privacy Policy
phsaya is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and applicable PAGCOR gaming regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it secure.
1. Overview and Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by phsaya ("phsaya", "we", "us", "our") and applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the phsaya online casino and sportsbook platform, accessible at phsaya.cam and any related mobile web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

AMLC Reporting Obligations
phsaya is legally obligated under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to report covered transactions and suspicious transactions to the AMLC. These disclosures are mandatory and cannot be waived by player request. phsaya's compliance with AMLC reporting requirements does not constitute a breach of this Privacy Policy.
6.2 International Data Transfers
Where phsaya engages service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure or game software providers), personal data may be transferred internationally. In such cases, phsaya ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data processing agreements that require recipient parties to maintain standards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 — before any transfer is made.
7. Data Retention

How phsaya Protects Filipino Players' Privacy
Beyond the legal text, here's what phsaya's privacy commitment means in practical terms for every Filipino player on the Platform.
Philippine Data Privacy Act Aligned
phsaya's data practices are built around Republic Act 10173 — the same law that governs how banks, hospitals, and government agencies handle Filipino citizens' data. Your rights as a data subject are enforceable here.
No Data Sold to Third Parties
phsaya does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Data shared with third parties is limited strictly to what is necessary for payment processing, KYC verification, and regulatory compliance.
256-bit SSL Encryption
Every interaction between your device and phsaya's servers — login, deposits, game sessions, withdrawals — is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. The same standard used by major Philippine banks and e-commerce platforms.
Dedicated Data Protection Officer
phsaya has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required by the NPC. Your privacy rights requests — access, correction, deletion, portability — go directly to a dedicated team responsible for DPA compliance.
Two-Factor Authentication
phsaya supports SMS OTP two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of protection to your account. Even if your password is compromised, 2FA prevents unauthorized logins without access to your registered mobile number.
Transparent Retention Periods
phsaya is upfront about how long we keep your data and why — from five-year AML record-keeping requirements to two-year support chat logs. Data is securely deleted or anonymized once retention periods expire.
phsaya is built for Filipino players who value both entertainment and security. From GCash deposits to certified fair games, our platform is designed to give you a complete, trustworthy online gaming experience — backed by PAGCOR monitoring and Philippine data protection law.
